Have a GREAT DAY!I just discovered that Corels Paintshop Pro X8 ha. Also, if you dont use any other version of PSP than version X8, you will not run into the problem. If you dont work with layers and save files as PSPIMAGE files to save the layer structure you will never run into this problem. I will just make the change to my image in X7. I discovered the problem when I accidently ran X7 instead of X8 and thought, no problem.

I have X6, X7, and X8 all loaded on the same computer. PSPIMAGE files show up in the navigator function of X6 and X7 as a blank photo with an X in the middle. If you try to load a PSPIMAGE file created in X8 into either X6 or X7 you will get a dialogue box with the following message: Unable to open the file. However, X6 nor X7 will load PSPIMAGE files created in X8. X8 will load PSPIMAGE files created in X6 or X7 with no problem. I just discovered that Corels Paintshop Pro X8 has changed some things concerning PSPIMAGE files.
